Led by Juan Carlos Cárdenas, with over 15 years of experience in the U.S. construction industry, the company combines technical expertise and large-scale project management. In 2017, he founded Blue Brush LLC, building strategic partnerships with key suppliers in single-family home (SFH) construction. This track record has enabled optimized processes, reduced timelines and improved cost competitiveness, delivering high-quality products with efficient execution.
